We sung this song many times for praise and worship!! It's amazing how some people even think that they have the right to sell people off like cattle. What if some one was prostituting their daughter or little sister, I'm show they wouldn't have any of that.

The shocking truth I discovered is that in Bolivia, the most wanted fugitives for slave trafficking are women. I just don't understand it. It grieves my spirit deeply.

Such a sad topic. What can we do? Pray for Change, educate as many people as we an can and support charities who rescue victims.

I am SO broken by this truth. I wish I could rescue every girl and take her home with me. I just hate the thought of so many girls being sold into such evil. Oh, how degraded they must feel.

Thanks for posting on this important issue. It is one that I also follow closely.

What the article didn't mention is that not only are foreign women forced into slavery in the US (and many other countries around the world), but so are American girls. Many are runaways that are kidnapped off the streets and beaten or drugged into compliance.

Additionally, in many other countries families actually sell their daughters to sex trafficers in order to feed the rest of the family. However, when these girls get caught and are sent back to their home countries, they are shunned by their families and communities because of their sexual activities.

This is definitely something we all need to be praying about and educating ourselves on so we can create a movement to stop this activity in America (and hopefully around the world).
