God has been moving mightily in our small prayer group. Since the beginning of the year Greg, Matt, Cody, Ben and Ben have all found good jobs. Additionally, God saved my friend’s home from foreclosure.
We’re quick to praise God for the big, life altering answers, but what about the small ones? Tuesday night in our prayer group, we discussed God’s faithfulness. He is just as faithful in the small things. Sometimes, if our request is seemingly insignificant, we barely acknowledge or thank God for answering our prayers. How that must grieve Him.
God is not a genie in a bottle, nor are our prayers “magical.” He loves it when we thank Him for all our answered prayers - even the seemingly insignificant ones. Please share some of your answered prayers. Let’s give God glory!
This has been a year of change for me and my family. Good change and exciting opportunities, but change nonetheless. One of the biggest changes and blessings came in the form of our grand baby, Kamryn. I had no idea that being Gramma was this fun. We are the proudest grandparents of all time. As you can see, we keep lot's of photo's on our cell phones. We are high tech grandparents - constantly showing off our little cutie.
Recently, my DH was laid off from his job and given a 60 day notice – as required by law. This past Monday he startedt an amazing new job with only a week off in between. We praise God for this major miracle! We are so very thankful.
